Orthopedics and Pelvic Health for All
Your Partner in Pelvic Health
Welcome to Fusion Wellness & Femina Physical Therapy. Why our program at Fusion Wellness? What truly sets us apart is the innovative model of care we have developed, which enables our patients suffering from chronic conditions to reach their personal health and wellness goals. Our services are provided through individual, one-on-one sessions with highly trained and licensed Physical Therapists. We do not use unlicensed staff – we believe that our patients deserve Physical Therapy conducted by Physical Therapists. Our approach combines evidence-based therapies, patient education, and compassionate support to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction to promote long-term healing.
Fusion Wellness is for everybody—supporting men, women, and all individuals on their journey to better health. We specialize in treating orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy diagnoses using manual techniques, exercise (including Pilates and Yoga), muscle re-education, patient education, biofeedback and most importantly, a commitment to the well-being of our patients that surpasses our peers.
We were born out of the changing healthcare climate in 2009 that emphasized quantity of patient care over quality. All treatments are individualized and remain 1-2 hours long (depending on complexity) with licensed physical therapists.
Our patients get the privacy of individual treatment rooms; we would never put you behind a curtain for you to tell us about your sexual pain, incontinence, or even your back pain! Our patients deserve better – actual care, not just the idea of receiving care.
Our skilled team takes a whole body approach to your issue, as pelvic problems always go beyond the pelvic floor. Visit our dedicated women’s health website, Femina Physical Therapy, for a full list of services and resources to support you.

Pelvic Therapy
With three convenient locations, Fusion Wellness transforms pelvic health from a secret into a celebrated journey for all.
Common ≠ Normal
Too often, people are told that conditions like incontinence, painful intercourse, or chronic pelvic pain are “just a normal part of life.” While these issues are common, they are not normal, and they should never be dismissed.
At Fusion Wellness, we validate your experience and provide the care you deserve. Your symptoms are a sign that something can be improved, not a life sentence you have to accept.
Speciality Treatments
*Available at select Fusion locations
Softwave Therapy
SoftWave therapy (also called Shockwave Therapy) has been increasingly utilized in rehabilitation environments. Shockwave therapy has well-researched applications not only for conditions like wound healing, but is also general orthopedic conditions including joint inflammation, sprains and strains and urologic issues such as incontinence, erectile dysfunction and pain.
NormaTec Compression Therapy
NormaTec PULSE Series is a pneumatic compression device that utilizes patented technology to increase circulation to the limbs. NormaTec was founded by a physician and bioengineer as a medical company to help treat circulatory conditions.
Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial restrictions can be caused by postural dysfunction, trauma, inflammatory conditions and/or surgeries. When these restrictions occur, they can produce tensile pressures up to 2,000 pounds per square inch on sensitive structure and lead to chronic pain. Myofascial release can be helpful in many conditions when combined with Physical Therapy!
Graston Technique
Graston Technique® (GT) is a specialized form of manual therapy that employs stainless steel instruments specifically designed to treat dysfunction and alleviate pain in the body’s connective tissue.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a form of assisted, table based stretching performed by a certified Stretch Therapist. Working closely with your body, our therapists ease you into a gradual series of gentle, but deep stretches incorporating neurologic techniques and traction.

We Can Help You Recover from Most Common Orthopedic Issues
We treat a wide variety of common orthopedic issues, including acute, subacute, and chronic injuries of bone, joints and muscles, and injuries sustained during sports and other activities.

Pelvic Pain Syndromes
Vaginismus definition: the involuntary muscle spasms involving the superficial pelvic floor muscles that typically cause painful entry, limiting or preventing intercourse, tampon insertion or pelvic exams. Many women will also describe “a wall” that limits penetration, that may or may not be painful.

Vaginismus / Genito-Pelvic Penetration Disorder
Involuntary muscle spasms involving the superficial and deep pelvic floor muscles that typically cause painful entry, limiting or preventing intercourse, tampon insertion or pelvic exams. Women with vaginismus do not always experience “pain” and often report the feeling of their partner or a tampon “hitting a wall”.
