Clinical Supervisor and Physical Therapist
Jennifer is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist with over five years of clinical experience and a passion for helping people restore confidence in their bodies, overcome pain, and return to the activities they love. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard and understood, and values building strong therapeutic relationships while creating individualized treatment plans that support each person’s unique goals.
Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Physiology in Vancouver, Canada, before completing her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in Scotland. She returned to Canada to begin her career as a physical therapist, where she gained valuable experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions before relocating to Los Angeles. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in the United States, further reflecting her commitment to advanced clinical education and lifelong learning. Her diverse educational background and international clinical experience have shaped her compassionate, evidence based approach to patient care.
Jennifer has a special interest in pelvic health and enjoys treating individuals experiencing pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and return to exercise. Her background in orthopedics allows her to take a whole body approach to rehabilitation, recognizing that optimal pelvic health is closely connected to the way the entire body moves and functions.
She is especially passionate about integrating Clinical Pilates into pelvic floor rehabilitation. By combining hands on therapy, individualized exercise, movement retraining, and Clinical Pilates principles, Jennifer helps patients build strength, improve body awareness, restore confidence in movement, and achieve lasting results. Whether working with someone recovering after childbirth, returning to running, managing an orthopedic injury, or navigating persistent pelvic pain, her goal is to help each patient move with greater confidence and feel empowered in their recovery.
Before specializing in pelvic health, Jennifer treated a diverse orthopedic population ranging from professional athletes to individuals simply wanting to move comfortably through everyday life. This experience continues to shape her treatment philosophy, allowing her to bridge orthopedic rehabilitation with pelvic health to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.
Jennifer is passionate about lifelong learning and continually pursues advanced education to provide the highest quality care for her patients. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing concerns that are often difficult to talk about. Her goal is to help every patient feel stronger, more confident, and empowered to return to the activities that bring them joy.
