Heather Interviewed by HelloFlo About Preventing Yeast Infections

Heather was recently interviewed by the popular feminine e-commerce company HelloFlo regarding the prevention of yeast infections. Here is a short excerpt:
"It’s a universally agreed upon fact that yeast infections are incredibly irritating — especially when they keep coming back."
"They’re messy, they can get in the way of your sex life, and they can even compel you to scratch your crotch in public at inopportune times."
This past year, I found myself struggling with yeast infection after yeast infection. I took oral yeast infection medications, like over-the-counter AZO (for the relief of symptoms such as itching and burning), and doctor-prescribed Diflucan (an antifungal medication). My problem was that while these meds would help ease symptoms, they’d always come crawling back to me."
Women often turn to Naama Bloom's book published by Helloflo "The Guide, Period" for cutting edge information on all things menstrual related, beginning at puberty on through adulthood.
Bloom: "This book has two audiences. Primarily, it’s written with girls 9-12 in mind who are going through the process of female puberty. However, it’s also for moms, dad, caretakers, aunts, older sisters, and anyone who is looking to support a girl who is entering or in puberty. Lastly, I can’t tell you how many grown women have read this book and told me that they learned new information about their own bodies. So those moms, aunts, and big sisters will get a kick out of reading this as well."
More about HelloFlo:
